Prologue Learning Center

In many ways Prologue is an extension of the 1960s, with its movement for civil and human rights, political passion for social justice, poverty programs, community activism, and the Mississippi “freedom schools” run by Franciscan nuns. That sensibility led our founders to hear the needs voiced to us by young people. We responded in 1973 by establishing Prologue Inc. as a community based not-for-profit organization dedicated to educating low-income youth and adults.
