The Fall 2009 Community TV Network apprenticeship program just wrapped in December with great success! Great work everybody! Your films are already on their way to multiple film festivals around the country!!
The student filmmakers finished three solid videos about their lives and issues that are important to them. The apprenticeship program is a 10-week program that runs 3 days a week after school for 3 hours a day.
Within this 10-week program the student filmmakers have the opportunity to earn a stipend while learning film & video techniques and leave the program with a finished film that they've created with a group of their co-workers.
The program offers room for growth and the ability to come in and work on independent projects after they have learned the equipment and techniques.
